The Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) needs a dedicated vigilance setup under the Deputy Director (Vigilance) PWF to enable senior management to make appropriate, accurate, timely, and well-defined decisions. Such an impartial setup would be reliable and would serve as an early warning to the command channels of any impending danger.
