First Women Bank Limited is hiring applications from energetic, well-disciplined and hard-working individuals to fill the positions of Operations Risk Analyst, Marketing Officer, CAD Officer, Chief – Enterprise Risk Officer, Business Planning Officer, Software Developer | ATM Operations, Human Resources Manager, Corporate Affairs Manager, Treasurer Officer and Law Officer.
Business Planning Officer:
Minimum MBA / BBA / B.Com with at least 2-3 years of relevant HEC recognized University experience.
CAD Officer
At least Master’s degree in the same discipline of the University recognized by HEC with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Risk management of the main companies:
At least Master’s degree or MBA from a HEC recognized university with at least 10 years of experience.
Head of human resources:
Postgraduate with a specialization in Human Resources from a university recognized by HEC.
At least 13-15 years of relevant experience in HR in any organization, of which 8 years must
they have played a supervisory role.
Law enforcement officer:
At least BA or LLB in the same discipline with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience from an HEC recognized university.
Corporate Affairs Manager:
At least MBA (Finance), ACCA, HEC recognized Qualified Chartered Secretaries in the same discipline with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Responsible for marketing
At least bachelor’s degree preferably with BBA or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Official – Treasury Back Office:
Minimum MBA (Finance) / M. Com from a HEC recognized University with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Operational risk analyst:
At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in the same discipline from a HEC recognized University with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Software Developer – ATM Operations:
At least Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Commerce / Finance or Information Systems in the same
discipline of a University recognized by HEC.
Also, a diploma / certification in office application or information technology will be an added value.
At least 2 years of work experience in relevant fields or data analysis and MIS reports.
